About the artist
Thomas Juul Jensen is a Danish artist, born in Dublin in 1987 and trained as an architect at the Aarhus School of Architecture before devoting himself to painting. Rome – the light, the ruins and the faces in its streets – has shaped his work more than any other place. Today he works from his studio on Bredgade in Copenhagen, and his works have been shown at Jacob Bjorn Gallery in Aarhus, at Art Herning, Enter Art Fair, Vejle Kunstforening and Kappelborg in Skagen.
