12oz paraffin-waxed canvas from Kurashiki nimbly treads the line between smart and functional, and in addition to the roomy main compartment there are no fewer than seven additional pockets, including an external popper-close sleeve and an internal zippered stash pocket.
The main compartment snaps shut with a satisfying magnetic clasp and there’s a removable rigid base to add structure and stability.
The canvas has been woven on vintage shuttle looms and the whole bag has been handmade in a small atelier in Osaka.
