Pink Splash by Robert le Héros – Crumpled Paper Affiche

Pink Splash captures the lazy calm of a summer afternoon: a dusty pink wall, a single window, the bright red pool ladder and a band of cool turquoise water below. Reduced to clean lines and flat blocks of colour, it has the relaxed modernism of a Rio holiday house.

It brings instant warmth and a touch of humour to a hallway, bathroom, bedroom or kitchen – and looks especially good against white or terracotta walls.

The crumpled paper technique

Each panel is printed on recycled paper and then crumpled and worked by hand, giving it a soft, textured, almost fabric-like surface – so no two pieces are exactly alike. A limited edition made in France.

How to hang

Delivered rolled in a cardboard tube. Hang it raw with pins or tacks for a relaxed, studio feel, add a pair of wooden hanging battens, or have it mounted or framed.
