Lueur d’Onyx Hurricane XL

Lueur d’Onyx – the glow of onyx – is turned from one solid piece of stone. In daylight it is a quiet, sculptural object, its bands of honey, caramel, cream and chocolate running around it like the rings of a tree. When evening comes and a candle is lit inside, the stone becomes translucent and the whole hurricane glows a deep, warm amber.

Because onyx is a natural stone, no two pieces are the same: every hurricane has its own pattern, shade and depth. That is exactly what we love about it – a small piece of nature on the table, made to last for generations.

Gather several sizes on a dining table, a sideboard or a windowsill for a soft, candlelit landscape, place one in the bathroom next to the bath, or use a large one on its own as a statement on a coffee table. Lovely as a gift, too.
