Carrare is a sculptural vase cut by hand in Italy from solid marble, laid in vertical bands like an inlay. Its soft, waving silhouette swells and narrows from foot to rim, so the stripes seem to ripple as the light moves across them.

Leave it empty on a sideboard, a console or a bookshelf as a piece of sculpture, or fill it with a few branches or a generous bunch of flowers for a bold statement. Every vase is unique – the veining of the marble differs from piece to piece.

Care

Wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Marble is a natural, porous stone – avoid acidic liquids and place a glass or container inside before adding water.
